A simple way to sterilise your menstrual disc between cycles. Made from heat-resistant, BPA free silicone, the Elori Steriliser Cup is reusable, compact and easy to use at home or while travelling. How to use:

1. Place your disc inside and fill one-third with water.
2. Loosely cover with the lid.
3. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
4. Allow to cool before removing.

Dry your disc completely before storing. Caution: Hot water and steam can cause burns. Never allow the cup to boil dry. Steriliser cup only.
